- If shareholder holds more than 25%, also documents as beneficial owner.
Authenticity of the bank account (A copy of a bank statement is sufficient. Everything can be made unrecognisable, only the account number, the account holder and the bank must be visible). Payments can only be made to SEPA accounts.
