Proof of address of the beneficial owner (consumption bill: electricity, gas or water), not older than 3 months.
Proof of tax number or VAT ID number.
In the case of legal entities (e.g. GmbH, LTD, SL), proof of ownership, either a shareholder agreement or an extended HR extract.
- Managing director, documents such as beneficial owner.
- If shareholder holds more than 25%, also documents as beneficial owner.
Authenticity of the bank account (A copy of a bank statement is sufficient. Everything can be made unrecognisable, only the account number, the account holder and the bank must be visible). Payments can only be made to SEPA accounts.
